⏱️ Return Period
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to initiate a return. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept your request.
✅ Return Conditions
To be accepted, the returned item must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Be in its original condition and packaging
- Not have been damaged after receipt
- Be accompanied by your order number
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or final clearance items
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items from which the hygiene packaging has been removed
🔄 Return Procedure
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact us via our contact form with your order number and reason for return.
- We will send you return instructions by email within 24 to 48 hours.
- Ship the item to the provided address, in secure packaging.
- Once the item is received and inspected, we will confirm the approval of your return.
💰 Refunds
Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
🔁 Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for another, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate you, subject to stock availability.
